«Mangіlіk el zhastary – industryga!» – «Serpin»

ABOUT THE PROGRAM

Since 2014, the State program «Mangіlіk el zhastary – industryga!» – «Serpin» has been working in Kazakhstan.

The goal of the program is to train and employ young people from the southern region of the country (Almaty, South Kazakhstan, Zhambyl, Kyzylorda, Mangystau regions) with an excess of labor resources in the east, north and west of Kazakhstan – in the regions experiencing a shortage.

In the 2015-2016 academic year, Rudny Industrial Institute for the first time accepted 136 students as part of the social project «Mangіlіk el zhastary – industryga!».

In the 2016-2017 academic year, Rudny Industrial Institute accepted 115 students as part of the social project «Mangіlіk el zhastary – industryga!». In the 2017-2018 academic year, RII accepted 76 students, in the 2017-2018 –39 students.

All students participating in this program monthly get a sholship, as well as they receive compensation payment of for travel during the holidays.

All students participating in the state program are guaranteed provided with places in the hostel. Students live in rooms for 2-3 people, sectioned. Girls live in a separate section. There are separate kitchens for boys and girls. There are laundry rooms, ironing rooms, where washing machines are installed.

The hostels are also free WI-FI and a gym provided. During extra-curricular activities, students actively attend sports sections: futsal, volleyball, basketball. Students are involved in the work of the student creative teams of the institute: vocal, dance, intellectual, poetic, language, KVN.
