“Commercialization of scientific research on the example of the Czestochowa Polytechnic.”

The most important stage of the scientific and innovative process, ensuring the relevance and practical feasibility of innovative projects, is the commercialization of technology.

The experience of commercialization of research and development at the university shows that the main state programs are aimed at supporting the transfer of knowledge and technology.

The commercialization of the results of educational and scientific activities makes us look differently at university processes. The complex of educational and scientific activities is complemented by organizational, technological, financial and commercial aspects. In modern conditions, the commercialization of the university is not just a necessity, but it is becoming the formula for the successful development of the university.

The participation of teachers and university staff in international programs on the example of the Czestochowa Polytechnic

As part of the incoming academic mobility of teaching staff at the Rudny Industrial Institute, Dr. PhD of the Czestochowa Polytechnic University Garstka Tomasz from Poland held a number of seminars, lectures in the field of automation and robotics at the Department of AIS & B. Garstka Tomasz spoke about his university.

Czestochowa Polytechnic University (Czestochowa, Poland) is one of the oldest and largest state higher educational institutions in the region. The university has more than 800 teachers, including 145 professors and 485 doctors of sciences. Thanks to the teaching staff and a high level of research, the Czestochowa Polytechnic University is considered a powerful scientific center of Poland and Europe. Today, about 11,000 students study at 6 faculties. By the choice of applicants for more than 100 specialties in 27 areas of educational qualification level “undergraduate”, “master”, “doctoral studies”. Engineering courses are accredited by the Federation of National Engineering Associations of the European Union in Brussels, which allows graduates to obtain a European engineer degree.

The educational institution actively participates in international scientific and educational programs.

The university collaborates with many foreign partners in research projects. In addition, the Polytechnic University participates in the European Union Framework Program, is a member of the Norwegian system, as well as the ERASMUS educational program, which helps students to continue their studies at partner universities.

Teachers of the department also supported the conversation by talking about academic mobility at the institute, in particular at the department.

The academic mobility of faculty and staff of the Rudny Industrial Institute is one of the important areas of international and educational activity. Teachers of the Department of AISiB also take part in academic mobility. The department, together with the University of Ghent (Ghent, Belgium), Saratov State University, Softline and others, was working on a grant from the European Commission TEMPUS for the program “Information Technology”.
